A quick and easy way to prepare lasagna. No need to pre-boil the noodles - how easy is that!
1 (9 ounce) box of no-boil lasagna noodles
1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese*
1/2 cup (2-ounces) parmesan cheese
2 jars spaghetti sauce, any flavor
Dried parsley (optional)**
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl, combine beaten eggs, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and TWO cups of the mozzarella cheese. Add a little dried parsley, if using. Set mixture aside.
Lightly spray 13 x 9 x 3-inch*** pan with non-stick cooking-spray. Spread 1 cup of sauce on bottom of pan. Layer in the following order:
Layer of 4 uncooked lasagna noodles (they will overlap), then 1/3 part of the ricotta cheese mixture, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup of spaghetti sauce.
Layer of 4 uncooked lasagna noodles, 1/3 part of the ricotta cheese mixture, and 1 1/2 cups sauce.
Layer of 4 uncooked lasagna noodles, remaining ricotta mixture, and 1 cup of sauce.
4 uncooked lasagna noodles, remaining sauce, and remaining 1 cup mozzarella.
Cover with foil and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Uncover and continue cooking until all the cheese is melted on the top (about 5 minutes).
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
Yield: 12 servings
*We used Fresh & Healthy Mozzarella Panini cheese slices on the top.
**Add some fresh basil and scatter on top of the sauce.
***If you are using a 13 X 9 X 2 pan, make 3 layers to avoid boiling over.
Can be prepared in advance and stored in refrigerator for up to 24 hours prior to baking. Add at least 20 to 30 extra minutes to cooking time. Internal temperature should be 160 degrees.
To freeze for later use. Prepare and do not bake. Use a freezer-safe container, cover well and freeze. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-hours. Increase the cook time to 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Internal temperature should be 160 degree

As many of the reviews claim, this pan is deep and great for making lasagna. An all-around great pan with handles, tray, and a lid. Not the best serving dish but best bang for your buck.
B) I’ll invest in this pan. ($100 range)
A household name and a koshereye favorite. Not the exact square dimensions for particular lasagna makers, however, it absolutely gets the job done and will last a lifetime.
C) I take my baking extremely seriously. ($250 range)
This cast iron made by famous French cookware company Le Creuset is an all-around masterpiece for your kitchen. Cook and serve right from this dish. It may be pricy but think of it as a long-term investment. It has got a long lifetime and it is a breeze to clean.

Ceramic, like glass, will give your lasagna an even cook but will not easily achieve the “well-done” effect that metal pans will. You can serve your lasagna straight in your ceramic pan because they are classy dishes, so why use a glass pan when you can use ceramic? No one needs extra dishes.

Pretty serving dish and durable, this pan is a drop shy of 9 x 13 but gets the job done.
B) I’ll invest in this pan. ($60 range)
A beautiful dish that cooks your lasagna perfectly. This Emile Henry dish is a bit deeper than its 9 x 13 listed dimensions, it is deep! Hard to find lasagna pans with these kinds of dimensions. Cook and serve all-in-one.
C) I take my baking extremely seriously. ($130 range)
Known for its quality, this Le Creuset stoneware pan is a serious piece for your baking arsenal. Paired with a lid, this pan is designed to execute both covered and uncovered recipes while achieving an all-around even cook. Designed for serious bakers but built to last. This pan can be used as a serving dish for any occasion.
