A KosherEye Signature Recipe

A quick, easy way to prepare the "other white meat".  We do not use measurements for this recipe.  Just let your individual preferences guide you.

Ingredients:

Turkey chops

Rub:
Fresh lemon juice
Fresh rosemary, minced
Fresh garlic, minced
Olive oil

Marinade:
Equal amounts:
Hoisin sauce
Low-sodium soy sauce
Apricot jam

Directions:

Marinate the chops for one hour, using either the rub or the marinade.

Rub: Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl.  Rub on both sides of the chops.

Marinade: Combine ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer to combine.  Place chops in a bowl, pour some of the marinade over them;  reserve  some of the marinade to serve with the cooked chops.  We like to marinade the chops in a large, disposable freezer bag.

Grill, sauté or slow roast for a few minutes per side until done.

Notes:

Yield:  Depends on number of cooked turkey chops
