|Fruit Soup in a Cup|
Adapted from Ample to Sample, Torah Day School of Atlanta
1 pound bag frozen strawberries
In a food processor, process strawberries until pureed. Add remainder of ingredients and process until combined.
Optional: Top with additional whipped cream and serve as a soup or as a cool summer drink.
Yield: about 6 servingsm, depending on the size of the cup.
